Download TeamViewer For Remote Access
In order for us to provide remote support we require all customers to download the leading remote desktop software TeamViewer. Click the link below to download and install the software.
1 – Click download TeamViewer.
2 – Once downloaded, click to run.
3 – After the install completes a window will appear displaying an ID and Password.
4 – Respond to your Platform365 ticket with your TeamViewer ID and Password.
5 – Our engineer will now be able to take control of your device.
