Fixed Cost

Fixed-cost IT Support is the same as you having your own dedicated IT department, but for a fraction of the cost. For a fixed monthly fee we will provide a fully managed service providing you with the peace of mind that every aspect of their IT Infrastructure is in safe hands.

How it works

Platform365 provides all-inclusive support services for your entire IT estate. With guaranteed service levels you can be sure that we have everything in hand to ensure your systems are kept running and up to date.

As all clients have different needs we can accommodate any requirement which ensures that you are not paying for a service that you don't actually require. For example you may require a critical system to be on cover 24/7 but users PC's/Laptops to be core business hours only. The choice is yours !!

Pay As You Go

Pay as you go support is for clients who don't wish to commit to an annual contract or for those with an existing IT department that need additional resource. It is in essence a reactive approach rather the preemptive of the fixed cost solution.

It can initially be utilised as an option for clients to try our services out and gain an understanding of our ability to support their business before committing to an annual contract.

Platform365 Support Engineers are available immediately on and off-site.

Helpdesk Response

Our helpdesk is running 24/7 and 365 days of the year. All our clients are guaranteed a response time of 1 hour, however for us this is the worst case scenario and we pride ourselves on an instant response. A quick response is one thing but what really matters is a quick resolution to the fault. With the work that is put into understanding and documenting our clients Infrastructure and the quality and experience of our team, we close 95% of calls received, inside 1 hour.

Issues can be reported to us in various ways, via telephone, e-mail, directly onto our Helpdesk system or by calling your Account Manager who is available 24/7.

Before we start

All of our clients receive a free onsite IT infrastructure audit. Our qualified engineers will audit and document:

  • Your network infrastructure. Including all equipment such as servers, firewall, switches and routers;
  • Anti Virus and Anti SPAM, ensuring that they are working as expected;
  • IT Security;
  • Business applications/databases;
  • Creation/Provision of a network diagram;
  • Backup, resilience and disaster recovery;

The audit is important on a number of levels. Firstly for both the client and us to fully understand and have documentation detailing your IT Infrastructure and it also provides us with the information we need to provide faster and pro-active support to your business.
